Nickel City’s Commitment to Community Safety

4/7/20 Update-

Nickel City has extended its closure through May 1st.  Please be safe.

3/20/2020 Update –

Nickel City has extended its closure through April 7th, based on the Governor’s latest press conference.

For the safety and protection of our staff, community children, and parents, Nickel City management has decided to close effective 3/15/20 until 3/21/20. Although we have aggressively taken steps to sanitize our store multiple times a day, the reality is that we must all play our part in social distancing. As explained in the latest press conference from Governor Pritzker, social distancing can greatly assist in the fight against COVID-19, which is why Local and State officials have stressed its importance.

Our commitment to the community is our priority, and we will do our part to encourage social distancing. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and staff. We are all in this together, and we look forward to resuming normal business operations shortly. It is important to communicate that we do not have any confirmed or presumptive cases amongst any customers or staff in our facility at this time.

If you have any questions, please email, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. We will re-evaluate as the week progresses to determine when it is appropriate to re-open.

All birthday parties and group deposits will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience, but feel that all businesses need to do their part in the fight against COVID-19.
